ICE Athletic Center is proud to offer Reformer Pilates programs that are appropriate for the beginners to the veteran practitioner. For beginners Mat Pilates is part of our group fitness program that comes with your membership. For those ready to progress in their practice Pilates Reformer is available in private, semi-private and group options.
