Lactic Acid

Lactic acid: the burning sensation in your muscles during a work out or right after you finishing a workout. By jogging easily you can decrease that burning feeling. During the first 10 minutes, 62% of the lactic acid is removed. An additional 26% is removed with the next 10 minutes of jogging. This is a great way to help your muscles recover quicker and be ready to go at it again.
